Some interesting stats were thrown up at Monday's Spotify 'stream on' event with the platform explaining that 66,000 new tracks are uploaded to their platform every day, yes you heard that right, so thats over 2 million tracks per year. That is a truly mind boggling figure and strikes fear into the heart of every marketeer, how on earth do you cut through even with a major label like war chest of marketing budget?
