Spotify confirms you can't pay for playlists additions

With a myriad of services offering to get artist's tracks on Spotify playlists (mainly user generated) Spotify firmly shut down the notion that you can buy your way on to playlists via a Q & A with editors. So people beware as there's hundreds of companies offering those services.
